What this job involves
We’re looking for a personable, professional and proactive Workplace Ambassador to join our team! Based in a Shopping Centre environment.
In this varied and busy role, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing a welcoming experience for our client’s staff and guests through genuine hospitality and thoughtful services.
A snapshot of the role:
- Meet and greet all staff, visitors and contractors, creating a comfortable, welcoming and hospitable experience
- Foster a sense of hospitality and create happiness at work for our team, client and their guests
- Plan experiences and community events within and beyond the office, that unite people and inject fun into the workplace
- 2 years experience within hospitality and/or tourism sector or related field will be highly regarded
- Prior experience in managing meeting room services is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good verbal and written communication skills
