Your Role
You will lead learning and development initiatives across our Villages, ensuring that our team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Leveraging your relevant background, you'll deliver and assess Standard Work Instructions and other internal courses, providing essential training and support to operations, onsite supervisors and new employees.
Your role extends beyond coaching; you'll contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and refining our onboarding process. Collaboration with key stakeholders, including Village Managers and Operations Managers, will be key as you drive positive change within the organisation.
Travel to Villages across Queensland, New South Wales, and Western Australia may be required, so holding a Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence is essential.
About You
You bring a background in coaching and hospitality, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and or a Certificate III in Hospitality. Your excellent communication skills, both written and oral, enable you to effectively convey training material requirements and ability to support team members.
Your attention to detail and commitment to professionalism are evident and you're willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of our learning and development initiatives. You understand the importance of maintaining high standards of safety and security.
