We moved into our new Head Office, The Works, in Cremorne in 2022. This space has been created to be an environment where people can come together to do their best work through collaboration, innovation and connection. We’re now searching for an experienced Workplace Experience Project Manager to join us on our journey and help drive continuous improvements.
About the Role
This role is instrumental in creating a workplace where our teams can feel safe, productive and like they belong – from managing the physical layout to understanding the role that technology plays in creating a positive Workplace Experience, and helping to nurture the culture here. You’ll be leading a small team who are responsible for our concierge and reception duties. Other tasks include:
- Project Manage improvements to the building that will further enable collaboration and team connection
- Project manage and coordinate events and other activities at The Works that bring the Reece experience to life
- Development of tools to measure user engagement to ensure we are using feedback to drive continuous improvements
- Work closely with our communications team to ensure our people are engaged, connected, and making the most out of the space when they come to The Works.
This position is a 12 month fixed term contract.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in Workplace Experience, services or facility management – and an understanding of the roles that each plays in creating a successful work environment
- Project management experience
- Ideally you will have event management/coordination experience and/or experience building workplace communities
- Ability to identify and track relevant community and engagement metrics (event attendance etc)
- You’ll be a great networker and connector, working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Exceptional customer service skills and confidence in dealing with stakeholders
