The Workplace Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the office environment; which includes services such as physical security, mail & print services, concierge, catering and hospitality management and overall facilities management whilst upholding regulatory compliance and processes.

Developing strong relationships with external parties such as landlord, building management and contractors along with internal key stakeholders such as State Chair, IT Services and local PA/EA network is paramount.

As the Workplace  Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Coordinating, scheduling and tracking a planned preventative maintenance program ensuring smooth operation and upkeep of the workplace.
  • Monthly financial budgeting and reporting
  • Project manage small – medium workplace upgrades and office churns and play a key role in large fitout projects
  • Undertaking an event management role to deliver comprehensive hospitality services to the business and our clients 
  • Ensure all operational requests from employees  are actioned and completed efficiently.
  • Understand and support the Premises Recovery Plan when required and being part of the Emergency Warden and First Aid cohort.
  • Provide effective staff supervision, training and motivation
