This is a newly created role reporting into an impressive and highly engaging General Manager of People & Culture and partnering closely with the business and broader People & Culture team. In your new role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Workplace Relations framework across the business, providing strategic direction and acting as an internal advisory service to the business and the broader People & Culture function.
As the successful candidate you will have significant experience in a similar role within a corporate financial services environment. You will have experience with managing complex ER cases and designing and implementing ER/Workplace Relations frameworks and strategies. Additionally you will have exceptional relationship management/stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation including C-Suite.
A sense of commercial pragmatism, supported by a can do style and a willingness to be hands on will ensure success in this role.
