We Are Expanding: In line with our business expansion, we're seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to enhance our dynamic Works Coordination team based in Helensvale, on the beautiful Gold Coast. We have several Works Coordination positions currently available, and this is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and growing industry.
Your Role: As a Works Coordinator, your mission will be to:
- Efficiently manage client work requests in alignment with agreed service levels, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely action.
- Keep track of work request progress and completion timelines, promptly escalating any delays to management.
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing regular, accurate updates to manage expectations effectively.
- Support field operations by facilitating optimal field efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all service request updates are accurately captured and communicated in specified portals within deadlines.
- Proactively liaise with management to suggest solutions and resolve issues.
Who You Are: The ideal candidate is someone who excels in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, with:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity (experience in the electricity sector is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong capability in coordinating service and technical teams.
- A knack for meeting targets and adhering to KPIs.
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and deadline-oriented skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail is key to the success of this role.
- Experience in scheduling, planning, project management, or operational roles.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and various computer software.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
