What we are looking for:
Are you a results-oriented professional with a background in civil construction and maintenance?
We are currently seeking a motivated Works Delivery Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of infrastructure works and projects.
In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating work schedules, managing rosters, overseeing task allocation, and ensuring the efficient ordering of plant and equipment for jobs and multiple crews.
With a proven track record in civil construction and maintenance and leadership, you'll bring valuable insights into addressing project challenges and ensuring successful outcomes whilst motivating and coaching staff, fostering a culture of safety and quality.

What you should have to apply:
- AQF level 5 qualification in project and frontline management and/or engineering or significant industry experience relevant to the role
- Extensive experience in operations/maintenance and delivery of capital works projects of relevant infrastructure
- Outstanding work ethic
- Safety focus
- Driven to succeed
- Leadership / coaching / mentoring experience
- Experience managing budgets
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Queensland Class "C" drivers' licence
