Greensill Farming, a pioneering family agribusiness rooted in the Bundaberg region for over 75 years, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Workshop Coordinator. Our core business encompasses sugarcane and sweet potato production, a compost facility and farm development and earthmoving capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Facilities & Maintenance, you will provide support to the day-to-day operations of the workshop. You will help co-ordinate our workshop team, ensuring servicing, breakdown reporting and other maintenance activity is completed as efficiently and effectively as possible.
In this role, you will:
- Provide support with allocation of workshop flow and scheduling.
- Purchasing of service kits, parts, tooling, and other ad hoc purchasing.
- Create, review and close work orders, ensuring required information is captured.
- Preparation of service kits.
- Receival of parts/purchases and entry into MEX maintenance software.
- Coordinate warranty work, workshop deliveries and other ad hoc duties.
- Overall administrative support to the workshop team.
About You
- Previous coordination experience in a workshop/service department is highly regarded
- Experience with MEX Maintenance Software or a similar product
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to maintain high quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
