ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a JJ’s Regional Workshop Manager, you will play an integral role within our workshop team in our Dalby & Kingaroy depots.
This role can be based in either Toowoomba or Dalby or Kingaroy.
You will report to the Workshop Manager and will be overseeing the compliance and maintenance of our fleet in South West Queensland. You may also conduct all facets of preventative maintenance and repair of heavy rigid vehicles including brakes, steering, suspension, hydraulics, and fabrication while working with the team of employees and subcontractors in these regions.

ABOUT YOU
- Have trade qualifications as a Truck Mechanic - Heavy Commercial Vehicles
- Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail
- Ability to mentor and coach other mechanics
- Complete pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
- HR licence
- Have a good mechanical aptitude
- Demonstrate a professional and outcome focus
- Work well individually and as part of a team
- Want to be part of a culture of learning and continuous improvement
