Are you looking for your next exciting role as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic - Leading Hand? CJD Equipment is currently looking for an EXCEPTIONAL LEADER to join our Hobart Team to support in the operational and technical side of the business!
A day in the job will see you:
- Offloading your experience and providing MENTORING AND LEADERSHIP to the workshop team
- Working on TOP BRAND EQUIPMENT & TRUCKS - Diagnosing, servicing and repairing to customer & CJD standards
- Providing assistance to the service manager with job costing, quotations and retail repairs
- Maintaining exceptional standards of safety, QUALITY WORKMANSHIP and keeping a smile on our customers face at all times
Your application will go to the top of our shortlist if you have:
- Australian recognised Heavy Diesel Motor Mechanic trade certificate
- Experience performing maintenance, service, repairs, and rebuilds of heavy vehicles and carrying our electrical diagnostics and repairs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution focus mentality
- A proactive attitude toward safety – you want to get home in one piece and we want you to as well!
- A stellar attitude and top-notch communication skills
- Experience with PC programs and equipment diagnostic programs
- HR drivers licence (Aircon ticket desirable)
