What does the job look like?
The WS Senior Support Analyst is responsible for providing in-house capabilities and support for SAP systems used Linfox-wide within Warehouse Solutions.
Key areas:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for SAP EWM implementation and enhancements.
- Design, configure, and test SAP EWM solutions to meet business requirements and optimize warehouse processes.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of SAP EWM solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support, including the creation of training materials and user guides.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EWM-related issues, working with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP EWM features, best practices, and industry trends.
If you thrive on the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions and are experienced in programming development, then we need you! You can demonstrate:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP EWM configuration and implementation
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes, including inbound and outbound processing, storage control, and physical inventory management.
- Experience with SAP EWM integration with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, and PP.
- Knowledge of ABAP programming and debugging is a plus.
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as SAP PO/SWAG is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices.
