About the role
Sales Engineer with experience in X-Ray Inspection Systems is required to join our successful Weighing & Inspection Systems team. Our Inspection Systems sales are growing rapidly and we need a product specialist to join our core sales team. The right candidate must have experience selling and servicing industrial X-Ray Inspection Systems and will be focused on growing sales and providing support of this product range, alongside our other weighing and metal detection systems. The role would be Adelaide based but frequent travel would be required to visit customers and distribution partners all over AU/NZ, plus occasional travel to Japan for product training when required.

AU/NZ Product Manager for Industrial X-Ray/X-Ray Sales Engineer
Demonstrate, sell, install and support A&D X-Ray Inspection Systems
Cultivate new accounts for X-Ray and other inline Inspection & Weighing Systems
Support A&D's Authorised Partner Network for Inspection Systems products
Assist and train other team members
Create, monitor & report on Inspection Systems SBU business plan
Salary, Benefits and Perks
Salary, incentive and superannuation will be in line with industry standards and negotiable depending on experience, estimated range $90,000 - $110,000 base (neg) plus KPI based bonus.
Vehicle, phone, sales/IT tools etc. will also be provided.
Skills and experience
Minimum 2 years' experience selling and supporting industrial X-Ray Inspection Systems in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of cultivating and supporting strong sales relationships with end users and distribution partners.
Experience servicing and/or selling inline weighing and metal detection technology.
Experience managing installation of industrial inline systems.
Experience working with A&D industrial products/systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage a strategic product/business unit, including business planning, budgeting and reporting.
Tertiary qualification in a technical field is desirable but not essential.
