As a Pre-Sales Engineer, also known as a Solutions Engineer, you will work as an advisor to prospective customers by demonstrating how Zoho solutions will enable innovation, and enhance their overall business operations. You will also work with internal teams to troubleshoot, and provide support or solutions for prospects and customer queries. This position requires an interest in diving into the technical aspects of our products, as you will utilise your expertise to build and adapt solutions for individual customer requirements through clear education and understanding.
This position is open to commence immediately, and is open to Australian citizens and permanent residents.
In this role you will:
- Work with Account Managers and the Sales Management team to solve prospects requirements pre-sale
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand pain points and deliver innovative solutions
- Demonstrate how Zoho's technology can support business requirements
- Conduct workshops and training sessions, both face-to-face and online
- Develop and enhance relationships with customers and solutions partners
- Provide valuable feedback to product teams
- Help develop and further establish Zoho in the Australian market
- Leverage your technical skills to provide strategic and innovative demonstrations
What are the role requirements?
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Be technically minded, and motivated to learn and master new products and services
- Ability to break down products and offer use case demonstrations
- Ability to work with business requirements, and turn them into multi-product demonstrations
- Understand business landscapes across a variety of industries
- 1-3 years experience in SaaS, sales or a technical/product implementation role
