Yard Administration Officer

Recruitment 24/7 has a vacancy for a Temporary Yard Administration Officer for our client based in Wacol.
This position is working Monday to Friday, between 6:00 am and 2:00p m. These hours are potentially flexible to work from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
We require someone who is available to work from mid-April to end of August.
Our client is a building products manufacturer, and they require administrative assistance to cover a long service leave period.
Experience with Transport and Logistics is preferred, however not a necessity.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Liaise and provide support to business departments.
Provide support to the dispatch team.
Customer Service.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal staff regarding product and queries.
To be considered for this position you must:
Have strong communication and people skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work.
Have your own reliable transportation to get to Wacol.
Be available for the duration of the whole temporary assignment.
