Customer Service and Program Support Officer (3 positions available)
Permanent Part Time – 42.5 hours per fortnight (flexible)
Band 4 - $69,505.56 - $74,866.90 per annum (pro-rata) + super

Yarra Libraries has multiple vacancies available for enthusiastic and highly organised individuals with excellent Customer Service skills, a broad knowledge of modern technology, and a commitment to ensuring positive community outcomes through the delivery of a wide range of library programs and events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development and delivery of regular library services, programs and events (including one-to-one digital literacy sessions, author talks, workshops and outreach activities),
- Providing exceptional Customer Service responding to general information enquiries and proactively assisting members in using library services and resources,
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our library branches (including shelving, circulation and collection maintenance as directed),
- Conducting administrative duties including invoicing, preparing program documentation and conducting evaluations.
The successful incumbents will be expected to work across all five library branches and other service points throughout the week, including evenings and weekends as required. Incumbents may be required to work one-in-two or one-in-three Saturday mornings.
