Our client who is one of Australia's leading suppliers of PVC resin, polymer additive and wood-plastic composites are looking for an experienced Logistics & Customer Service Support individual to join their site in Campbellfield for a short-term assignment.

The successful candidate will preferably be someone with experience in Transport or Manufacturing. Plus have very good communication skills and able to perform well in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Customer order fulfilments:

Receive, process and close customer orders.

Raise Customer Service and Delivery/Supply chain related customer complaints.

Collate stock movements, weighbridge information.

• Logistics Operations:

Update customer inventory graphs for distribution

Advise service providers of daily delivery schedules.

Check and process service provider invoices for payment.

• Invoicing and Reporting:

Check and issue sales invoices & complete sales reconciliations.

Complete monthly consignment stock reconciliations and invoices if required.

Key skills and attributes required for the role:

• Intermediate computer skills
• Great communication skills
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience in logistic supply chain /domestic and international shipping.
