About you
We are looking for a Youth Team Manager to lead organisational operations and provide hands-on leadership. You will support the Study Centre Manager in executing strategic plans, fostering communication with stakeholders and driving organisational success. The position will require 2-4 hours of work on weekdays (with remote work possibilities). To be successful in this role you should meet the following criteria and have at least 2-3 years experience working in an administration related job:

Youth Team Manager Role
The Youth Team Manager oversees the organisational operations and provides strategic leadership for the Clubs. The candidate assists the Study Centre Manager in executing strategic plans, fostering communication with stakeholders, and driving organisational success.
The tasks and responsibilities of the Youth Team Manager are below:
Prepare, coordinate, and implement Club activities for Years 5-8 before the beginning of each school Term.
Work closely with parents and especially Club mothers to ensure their active engagement and support for Heathgrove
Organise and lead meetings with Club leaders, Club mums (once a term as per Appendix 1) and other relevant stakeholders so as to supervise the planned Term’s activities for each year level.
Assist in communication efforts and promote the Club and its activities working closely with the Social Media Officer.
Coordinate administrative tasks (includes paperwork) for camps and extended activities for Years 5 to 8.
Collaborate closely with the Activity Registrations Officer to ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage payments effectively.
Contribute to the development and enrichment of organisational culture through events such as open days, the Christmas family gathering, and volunteer activities.
