Illumident Mount Gambier is now accepting applications for a second-in-charge “2IC” to the Practice Manager. This person will transition into the Practice Manager role within 12 months, as our current Practice Manager is sadly relocating at the end of 2024.
We are seeking the ultimate professional with outstanding interpersonal, presentation and organisational skills to serve all our amazing patients, whilst leading and inspiring our incredible team. The position is full time and truly is a people and patient management role.
The successful candidate will:
- Have extensive experience in the dental and/or medical industry;
- Have held a leadership role for at least 3 years as part of their CV;
- Have an understanding of financial management, marketing and various IT systems;
- Understand the importance of Management Reporting, KPIs and accountability;
- Have experience in rostering, performance management and staff appraisals;
- Have high attention to detail;
- Be extremely capable in using the full suite of Microsoft Office programs.
- You must be open minded to being mentored in our systems and processes.
