As the 3D Designer and Redner Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and consistency of rendered images, 3D objects and texture files. Enhancing the visual appeal of product listings and lifestyle imagery.You will also be responsible for setting the standards and process of a 3D Designer in-house. Working closely with the GM and E-Commerce Manager.The Company:This is highly visual retail company established over 60 years ago, is now one of Australia’s largest importers of quality furniture with a proud Australian history.The Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all product images
- Ensuring quality checks on rendered images to identify and rectify any imperfections or discrepancies against supplier images and videos
- Collaborate closely with the buying /product team and marketing, to understand project requirements and deliver images that meet business objectives
- Manage large workflow/pipeline, ensuring scalability in both rendering capacity and workflow
- Ability to manage off-shore render teams when required, and manage external 3D suppliers to ensure scalability.
- Organise and maintain a comprehensive library of rendered images for the Digital Asset Management platform
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in rendered imagery, implementing innovative techniques to enhance the visual impact of product listings.
- 5 Years experience in 3D Design
- Proficient in 3D software
- Proficient in V-Ray or similar rendering software
- Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to maintain consistency in visual presentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and requirements to cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
