Hays Procurement is currently recruiting for a state government organisation looking to engage a Contracts Officer for a short-term assignment. 
Your new role 
In this role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as;
Documentation Management:

• Efficiently organise, manage, track, and prepare Due Diligence Documentation.
• Develop and maintain internal and external documentation, file systems, and registers.
• Contribute to improving existing procedures.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Project Managers and team members.

Ensure that all documentation aligns with project timelines and objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Connect with industry experts, local suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and effective service delivery to meet project requirements

What you'll need to succeed 

Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite.

Demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
