Casual - Multiple positions available across Moe, Morwell, Churchill and Traralgon
Salary: $47.56 per hour plus 11% superannuation

About this Role
As a Library Services Officer you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service as the first point of contact for visitors to our Latrobe City libraries.
You will manage the day-to-day customer service interactions with Latrobe City’s library patrons and visitors, including accurately processing payments and providing information to customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to undertake a range of activities including:
- Advising on digital resources
- Presenting story time and other programs
- Recommending great reading
- Preparing interesting display
- Accurately processing payments
About You
For this position we are seeking enthusiastic individuals with great communication skills and a passion for providing high-level customer service.
You will have:
- Demonstrated experience working in Public Libraries or in a professional customer service environment
- A high-level commitment towards working as a part of professional librarian in a small team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Ability to follow the procedures and processes associated with a community library environment, and deliver library programs
- Digital literacy skills, including the ability to use library management systems and Microsoft Office application
