About the Role 
Whitehaven Coal have an exciting opportunity for an Accommodation and Flights Officer to join our People Logistics team. The role will provide processing and customer service for accommodation and flights to our mining operations, predominately for the Blackwater and Daunia mines. This will be a Brisbane based role Monday to Friday, on-call every 4 weeks (out of business hours and weekend – minimal phone calls typically expected). 
What You’ll Do

• Predominantly providing support to the Supervisor in booking flights and accommodation for the operations team. 
• Manage housing and bussing bookings for Blackwater and Daunia sites for operations teams. 

What You’ll Bring 

• Skills in the use of INX SAM Suite (SAM and Workflow) is essential
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills, with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
• Intermediate level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• High levels of organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
