About the role
Main tasks: Your primary goal is to manage and grow accounts by targeting specialist commercial and residential HVAC trade contractors.
Other tasks:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and expand the company's HVAC industry presence
- Develop and maintain relationships with specialist contractors, builders, and end users, primarily focusing on specialist contractors
- Manage existing accounts and actively seek new business opportunities
- Conduct cold calls and various outreach methods to generate leads and expand the client base
- Collaborate with internal sales staff and mechanical engineers for product support and knowledge
- Continuously learn and understand the technical aspects of HVAC products and services
- Play a pivotal role in building the company's brand and reputation as a trusted partner
- Quantify, plan, and execute sales strategies and action plans
- Work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team, engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Uphold professional and effective communication and negotiation skills
- Adhere to the company's standards, including drug and alcohol testing and police checks
