About Us:

Our client is a rapidly growing brokerage based in the Sydney CBD that has expertise in the Mid-market/Corporate space. They have an opportunity for someone with experience in the commercial space to manage a book of business with a pathway toward managing your own book of corporate clientele within 12-18 months. 
This relatively new broker has an excellent executive and management team who have a proven track record of building and growing top tier brokerages in the past and this could be a great opportunity to join whilst still in its infancy.  
The role would be ideal for someone with experience looking to get a start in the mid-market to corporate space or equally someone who is looking to align themselves with an excellent brand at the start of their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of SME clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and enhance strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to provide seamless service and support.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in the insurance industry.(Ideally in the SME space)
  • Qualification: Tier 1 insurance qualification is essential.
  • Portfolio Management: Proven experience in managing your own portfolio.
  • Client Expertise: Proficiency in working with commercial clients.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
