Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity presents for an Account Executive / Insurance Broker to join our team at Lighthouse Insurance Brokers.
About the role:
You will join a rapidly growing and successful team to service and grow an existing book of commercial clients. Your focus will be to provide quality advice, maintain our high levels of client retention, convert new business opportunities and grow the portfolio.
To be successful the ideal candidate will:
- Have experience servicing a commercial insurance portfolio.
- 3 years+ industry experience and a minimum Tier 1 qualification.
- Experience using Winbeat, SVU and Sunrise systems.
- Highly developed interpersonal communication skills including the ability to consult and liaise with a diverse range of people, using initiative, problem solving and applying sound judgment.
- Exceptional data, numerical and analytical skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to provide clear and insightful recommendations based on your findings.
