What will you be doing?
- Management of a portfolio of property clients with a particular emphasis on profitable growth.
- Providing professional advice to clients in all matters affecting their insurance program needs.
- Negotiating terms with underwriters
- Maintaining regular contact with clients/Strata Managers throughout the year, including on site visitations as required
- Processing of new business, endorsements and renewals
What do you need?
- General insurance broking experience, strata/property highly advantageous
- Tier 1 broking qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks
