About the Role:
The Account Executive role at Jazwares is a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to join their sales team. This specialised position requires a blend of sales acumen, product passion, and market knowledge, particularly within the collector market. The role involves managing both head office (mini majors) and smaller, independent accounts, with responsibilities ranging from account management and sales support to new business development and ensuring direct fulfilment is met.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Oversee mini-major and independent accounts. Engage in significant trading activities to maintain and grow these relationships.
Sales Support: Provide ongoing sales support while taking on increased account management responsibilities, financial reporting, and data analysis.
Product Passion: Engage with products passionately, especially those within the collector market. Flexibility to sell both collector items and children's products is essential.
Skills and Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the collector market and its products, coming from a background in retail, or having previously worked as an Account Executive or Account Coordinator. They should possess strong sales skills, demonstrated by their ability to build relationships with online retailers and drive sales. A genuine passion for collector items, high motivation, the capability to work independently, and a collaborative spirit to work closely with the Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and sales support team are essential. The candidate should also be driven by KPIs and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
