- Drive effective change management for the adoption of new technology and ways of working.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and the first escalation point for daily operational issues.
- Generate initiatives for process improvement and efficient output alignment with client expectations.
- Manage financial performance against budget and mitigate risks.
