Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Telstra account, developing and executing a comprehensive account plan that aligns with strategic objectives.
- Engage and consult with Telstra stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Develop strong relationships within Telstra's businesses, including Networks and IT.
- Leverage our client’s expertise in technology and infrastructure services to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Proven track record in consulting or management consulting, with a focus on building and managing key client relationships.
- Adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, on business and strategic issues.
- Relationships within Telstra's businesses, including Networks & IT, InfraCo and Amplitel.
- Strong understanding of the Telstra structure, strategy, and operations.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications infrastructure market ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
