About the roleThe Opportunity Daikin Australia currently has an opportunity for an individual to join us as an Account Manager in the Sales team based in Warwick Farm to help drive our business within the Applied channel in NSW. Reporting to the Sales Manager โ Applied NSW, the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitating business growth by implementing strategies to develop new customer accounts and improving existing customer accounts.
- Promoting new products and product enhancements for integration into the Australian Market through technical presentations and seminars for targeted customers, consultants and projects.
- Facilitating business growth by implementing strategies to develop new customer accounts and improving existing customer accounts.
- Developing (Selections of chillers, Airside products and pricing) and delivering project tenders that accurately reflect both customer requirements and optimum product positioning.
About you
- Effective communication: Clearly conveying information and ideas verbally and through a variety of media to individuals or groups.
- Organising and planning: Adopting a systematic approach to planning work and department operations to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Building relationships: Both formal and informal professional relationships within, across, and external to organisational boundaries.
- Resilience: Maintaining performance and self-control under pressure or adversity.
- Presentation skills: Building and delivering influential and structured presentations.
- Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent is highly regarded
- Previous experience in Applied HVAC solutions or experience in Technical Sales Support will be highly regarded
