We are a spirited bunch determined to nudge speciality coffee forward and deliver painstakingly well-made coffee for cafes. We’re on a mission to create more than our fair share of positive change for people and planet and have fun while we're at it!
What do we want?
We’re looking for an epic Account Manager, a people person who cares about customers. Someone who lives and breathes hospo, is passionate about cultivating long-term client relationships, and has the passion and coffee industry experience to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our wholesale clients.
The successful candidate will require a valid Australian driver’s license and have a willingness to travel.
We’ll love you, if you have:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience within the coffee industry.
- Coffee skills! We're looking for an experienced coffee maestro, specialist, aficionado - who can jump behind the machine and help our cafe partners make amazing coffee.
- A service mindset, when the customer is happy you're happy!
- Adaptive mentality, you can think on your feet and work well under pressure.
- Exceptional communication – written and verbal.
- A values driven approach. We have a strong set of values and it drives everything we do!
Key responsibilities:
- Account Management – regular visits, trouble shooting, and end to end account management for existing customers within NSW.
- Cultivate killer relationships through exceptional service.
- Be the first point of contact responding promptly to address, resolve, or escalate customer queries.
- Support customers through equipment and merchandising to help drive sales.
- Support and help execute events around coffee and our brand.
- Stay in the loop, (and loopy) stay ahead of the coffee curve, attending coffee training, events and blend tastings.
