This young and dynamic company is seeking to add a new team member to the already successful QLD sales team.
Fienza is a 14 year old wholesale bathroom company that has rapidly expanded across Australia. Fienza is known for its superior products, quick delivery and outstanding sales support.
Fienza currently has a strong market presence in the retail chain and independent stores across Queensland. With this in mind, we seek to expand our scope and drive up sales with the introduction of a new Account manager/ Sales Representative.
To be successful in this role you will be expected to:
- Liaise with potential new customers when required with value adding ideas and superior service
- Have a working knowledge of plumbing and be able to sell and confidently explain all our products, features benefits etc
- Understand the local market and how best to service their needs
- Take ownership of your area/customers
- Represent Fienza and its products with great pride and integrity
- Have the ability to travel - approx. 5 days per month overnight regional travel required
- Have intermediate Microsoft abilities
To be successful in this role you will need to bring:
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE BATHROOM INDUSTRY (at least 4 years)
- Experience in identifying and targeting key new customers while maintaining our strong established loyal customer base
- Well-developed knowledge and understanding of the local trade industry
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to adapt to suit your audience
- Proven abilities in hunting down and presenting to new clients
- Well-developed time management skills
- A genuine passion for building relationships with clients and a desire to meet their needs and make the sale
- The ability to organise your time and be autonomous but work well in a team environment
- Innovative thinking and the ability to influence and elicit excitement in our new products
- A good working knowledge of technology
