About the role:

As our Account Manager you will work with food and beverage manufacturers in the western Victoria region, to enhance operational efficiency, food safety and product quality. You will utilise the vast resources of Ecolab to tailor cleaning and sanitising programs, understand operational efficiency objectives and help reduce the total cost of operations for our customers. 

In this role you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned food and beverage customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work proactively to expand business opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices, product usage, and industry trends.
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics to measure account health and identify areas for improvement.

Critical to the role will be your energy and ability to drive sales and business development opportunities, coupled with a tremendous amount of initiative, excelling at identifying and seizing opportunities for Ecolab’s products within the dairy, brewing, beverage, protein and food processing industries.  

Our preferred candidate may have:

  • Experience in sales
  • Ability to facilitate clear and open dialogue with diverse stakeholders at site level and beyond.
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Ability to work autonomously 

This role will require travel and may include overnight stays.
