- Needs Assessment: Evaluate customer requirements and assist in sourcing the right equipment for their sites.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and industry insights in our CRM system.
- Sales Tools: Utilize available sales tools (CRM, project lead websites) to maximize productivity.
- Exceed Targets: Achieve region revenue targets while meeting individual KPIs.
- Forecasting: Predict future revenue and equipment needs based on thorough project and industry research.
- Feedback Loop: Regularly report to management and the branch team, providing valuable insights.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: You’ve sales experience in a similar industry or high transactional environment.
- Communication: Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, both within and outside the organization.
- Time Management: Juggling tasks - No problem! You excel at effective time management and thrive working autonomously.
- Sales Techniques: Whether it’s site visits, cold calls, or presentations, you know how to close the deal.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – spreadsheets, presentations etc.…
