We are currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Healthcare Account Executive to join their sales team. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving sales revenue and building long-term relationships with healthcare clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Identify and convert prospective customers into clients, while nurturing existing client relationships for long-term loyalty and revenue growth.
- Business Development: Drive the development and implementation of strategies to introduce new products, services, and training platforms, resulting in incremental growth.
- Customer Sales Plans: Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth within each sector, including training, merchandising, order follow-up, and contract management.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyse trends, and monitor competitors' performance to stay informed and identify potential opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key decision makers in the healthcare sector, such as nurses, support coordinators, plan managers, and occupational therapists.
- Sales Plan Execution: Adhere to a structured sales plan, set milestones, and ensure timely follow-up to achieve sales targets.
- Networking and Events: Participate in networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and educational programs to expand industry contacts and secure new opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare, NDIS, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of account management and business development principles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to comprehend technical issues and their commercial implications.
- Effective communication and self-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
