As a Account Manager, you will lead our clients specialists teams to drive sales and market share within the automotive service and trade channel.
- Maintaining and developing solid client relationships through ongoing client service, fulfillment of client needs and activities
- Work collaboratively with our clients to manage and monitor strategy/KPIs driving success and positive outputs
- Meeting or exceeding the SLA target for all key performance indicators on the program
- Actively pursuing Market Intelligence (competitor activity) and reporting fully and accurately, whilst providing insights for the client
- Team engagement including 1 on 1s, performance reviews and ongoing coaching/development
- Manage the overall operational budgetary and financial responsibilities, including quoting, invoicing and budgeting
- 5+ year’s experience managing a sales or field team
- Previous experience selling directly and negotiating with Mechanics within the Auto Service workshops and retail stores - strongly preferred
- Strong account management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different clients
- Experience in strategic business/marketing planning and evidence of successful implementation and results achieved
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
