ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of the role is to work within the Broadcast Services Team to lead the organisation in providing outstanding service delivery to the commercial broadcast customers to achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction; and meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day account management of commercial broadcast customers and will be involved in all aspects of business development, account management, onboarding, support and management of customers.
This is a fast-paced role, with a strong balance of administration and stakeholder management. You will enjoy working within an unstructured and varied workload; where you thrive on accountability and exceeding customer expectations. This is a role you will run with and make your own, so you will need to be a self-starter who has a high level of communication, be super organised and who can manage multiple projects at one time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across commercial broadcast accounts, demonstrating depth of understanding of customer’s needs and challenges
- Drive customer satisfaction ensuring delivery of consistent service levels that meet customer standards
- Assist in managing the commercial broadcast portfolio including managing client requests, invoices and renewals
- Support Head of Commercial Broadcasters on-board new customers, facilitating the implementation process to ensure smooth transition for both the customer and BAI
- Forecast revenue and ensure sales pipeline is kept up to date in Salesforce
- Work closely with Head of Commercial Broadcasters to identify growth opportunities within customer accounts
- Support the team to drive and implement strategic initiatives
- Responsible for collating monthly reporting for customers
- Maintain close engagement with Service Management Team to understand customer pain points with service management and fault restoration
- Identify and implement efficiency opportunities to eliminate, reduce or automate administrative activities
- Support the development, integration and onboarding of new customer tools and systems
- Understanding of the technical fundamentals of the role and where to gain assistance for complex issues
- Represent BAI Communications products and services to the customer with confidence and credibility
- Attend relevant conferences and seminars to develop professional skills and to network within the industry
- You will have excellent relationship building skills at all levels of the organisation
- Being customer driven you will have innovative problem-solving skills
- Your exceptional verbal and written communications skills are a must
- Sales discipline knowledge including account planning, basic sales techniques, and portfolio management, and reporting is essential
- Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines will stand you in good stead
- Basic technical knowledge of Television and Radio Broadcasting will assist in your success in this role
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
