The RoleBased at our Braeside supersite, IVE Brand Activations is looking for an ambitious Customer Relationship Manager to join our dynamic sales team. You will be managing an established key account as part of our Expos and Exhibitions business unit, whilst drawing on your relationship and business development experience to grow your account as well as other key acquisition targets.
Your primary responsibilities include achieving allocated customer budget, developing, and maintaining key relationship, identifying new business opportunities within your key account, and aligned to Brand Activations growth strategies and collaborating with key internal stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities:
- Servicing of current customers to develop strong & profitable strategic business relationships.
- Develop new business opportunities aligned to IVE Brand Activations growth strategy.
- Participate in networking and other relationship management opportunities to develop and grow relationships with key customers.
- Develop and implement customer-specific strategic sales plans.
- Utilise & coordinate available marketing resources to promote brand awareness & drive sales.
- Conduct regular client reviews & prepare reporting as requested by client and as per agreed SLAs.
- Delivery of Sales budget.
Expos and Exhibitions specific:
- Develop a deep understanding of IVE Brand Activation products and customer accounts and make recommendations that meet the customer’s needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Expo & Exhibitions strategies to cultivate and maintain relationships with Industry Expo & Exhibition leaders.
- Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with the IVE Brand Activations’ Expo & Exhibition strategic objectives and target markets.
- Grow revenue for Expos & Exhibitions.
- Identify new partnerships and partnerships categories, converting these into active, productive long-term accounts.
Key requirements to be considered:
The position requires a person who can communicate at all management levels to ensure they can develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders within our client partnerships.
- Exceptional communicator with a strong creative flair, coupled with demonstrated business acumen and strategic account planning skills
- A proven track record in Account and Business Development, ideally within the Retail, Consumer Brand or Events industries. Experience gained in other industries will also be considered.
- You will be a high achiever with the necessary attributes to be considered for future Team Leadership roles.
