What you will do with us:
Due to an internal promotion, the position of Account Manager has become available. This role reports to the Head of Sales & Business Development. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless communication across internal departments. You will work closely to identify opportunities, address client needs, and exceed expectations.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication and coordination across various departments within the organization.
- Support the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while actively maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze customer forecasts and sales performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage the processing of customer purchase orders, meticulously tracking production timelines, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Engage in production planning meetings with internal teams and clients, overseeing key milestones throughout the New Product Development (NPD) process.
- Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.
- Prioritize and address customer complaints effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and transparent communication.
- Respond promptly and accurately to general customer inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service.
- Generate and compile reports on orders received weekly, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
- Adhere to and contribute to the implementation of ISO and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3+ years of experience in project management and account management
- Demonstrated ambition to cultivate and enhance client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
- Methodical approach to tasks without compromising on meeting deadlines.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on process optimization.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional work ethic and interpersonal skills.
