The role.
- Reports to the Category Head based in Melbourne
- Manage and develop both a current customer base and new account opportunities by sales, gross profit and volume for your category
- Sell, market and promote the full pantry of ingredients to medium, large food manufacturers, B2B
- Identify new opportunities within the market segments
- Undertake regular customer visits, mostly in the western suburbs
- Visit our head office based in Melbourne in your first 6 months for training
- Collaborate with our team of Account Managers in Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane
- 100% work from home role
- Open to applicants working at Langdon Melbourne or Brisbane office for 6 months then moving to Sydney
- Competitive total remuneration package inclusive of car and mobile allowance.
- Preferably a Food Science/Science degree but not essential
- With some experience in the Food Industry in an Account Management or Product Development role
- A self-starter, confident to build on customer relationships and is customer focused
- Committed to customer problem solving, delivers high service levels
- Positive outlook and approach to business and customers
- A strong work ethic with excellent communication skills
- Able to work effectively from home
- Flexible to travel to Head Office in Melbourne.
