THE ROLE.
CSR have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager (Residential) to join a highly motivated sales team servicing the Gold Coast, Northern Rivers region. The position will be based on the Gold Coast.
The main purpose of this role will be to maintain and grow strong relationships with builders and contractors, driving primary demands, increasing revenue, some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Building Relationships with key Residential builders and contractors with the view of promoting our brand and increasing contractor value and awareness in both Cemintel fibre cement and Gyprock.
- Manage a portfolio of already aligned residential contractors.
- Continue to expand and add value to the aligned and non-aligned local contractor base.
- Work closely with the dedicated team of existing aligned CSR Business units.
- Work closely with Architectural reps and other BDM's to ensure we maximise opportunities for Gyprock & Cemintel.
THE PERSON
This is a fantastic opportunity to steer your career into a much larger role within CSR, we are ideally looking for someone who is a self-motivated sales professional who has a passion for people and customer service. You will either need to be currently working in a Sales role within the building industry or worked in a similar position. Above all else, we are looking for a passionate team member who loves working within a dynamic team with a great culture, ideally with an in depth understanding of how to create an excellent customer experience.
