About the role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Revolution by Design at Regency Park, South Australia location. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties related to sales, including building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertaking general sales planning activities as required
- Demonstrating and promoting Revolution’s unique products to drive sales and margin
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints and forwarding to relevant internal teams as necessary
- Prepare quotes including SPA’s for regular customers at stipulated rates when required
- Completing salesforce data entry by the end of each reporting week
- Representing the company at key customer and industry events

- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision
