Demand Planning Manager

Responsibilities Include:

• Supplier Management – relationship management, negotiations and holding to account
• Leading S&OP meetings ensuring forecasts are accurate
• Working on internal systems and using data analysis to forecast and predict shortages
• Working cross functionally across the business
• Preparing and publishing weekly production schedules to the production teams and subcontractors
• Generating and allocating PO’s and working with accounts to process supplier payments
• Weekly stock replenishment planning and purchase planning for EU sites
• Working closely with QA team and ensuring ISO audit and trade compliance

• Relevant degree or APICS/CPIM advantageous
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Demand Planning in a manufacturing environment
• Managerial background advantageous but can be flexible
• Very strong on systems and highly analytical (advanced excel, EPICOR)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills – very strong supplier management
• Focus on continuous improvement and a passion for driving results
• Highly organised and an ability and willingness to take on ad-hoc responsibilities while working cross-functionally in the business.
