About the Role
We have an exciting part time opportunity for a dynamic person with demonstrated experience in Vascular Access to work within a national specialist team.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager ANZ – Vascular Access, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing, and managing Vascular Access sales plans, designed to achieve specified sales targets, market shares and product focus in line with the corporate strategic plan.
- Ongoing development, coordination, and management of ITL’s business relationships with all customers which leads to regular and continued engagement.
- Working closely with ITL's marketing team to develop and deploy marketing and promotional programs that will increase the return on investment, brand awareness and revenue within the Australian market.
- Implement and manage new product launches.
- Establish and reinforce close working relationships with Key Decision Makers and stakeholders (internal and external) while identifying opportunities to expand sales into new areas
- Providing accurate and timely feedback to key internal stakeholders.
- Support, co-ordination and management of customer orientated meetings and conferences as required.
About You
To be considered for this role you must have: a valid Australia driver’s license, National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
The following attributes will be highly regarded:
- A minimum of three years hospital-based clinical experience with Vascular Access teams and/or five years hospital-based sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and autonomously as well as within a team.
- As a self-starter you are keen to exceed targets and are not afraid to open doors and establish new professional relationships.
- You thrive on solving clinical problems.
- You are able to create & deliver tailored presentations in a professional manner.
- You are highly motivated with a proven track record in sales & growth
- You bring commercial & financial acumen; Strong report writing skills and intermediate Microsoft Suite skills – Outlook, Word, Excel.
