Skills:
- Experienced Accountant who has practical knowledge in a range of duties including financial accounting.
- Strong Excel skills including modelling capability.
- Exposure to process improvement and streamlining procedure.
- A positive, can do attitude with strong interpersonal skills working in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Month end review and variance analysis of profit & loss statements, taking corrective actions by posting adjustment journals and accruals.
- Responsible for preparing journals & entering journals.
- Ensure timely bank payments and support Accounts Payable.
- Managing KPI models and cashflow.
- Responsible for managing fixed assets register and producing monthly depreciation report for management.
- Monthly accounts reconciliations for Balance Sheets, Bank Accounts, Trade Debtors and General Ledgers, any discrepancies.
- Streamline month end reporting process and improved process efficiency.
- Assist in preparing quarterly BAS, FBT and liaising with internal and External stakeholders.
- Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
