Here's what you'll be doing:

Responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping service delivery for a small client base of tradie/construction businesses.

Engaging directly with clients to develop & strengthen relationships.

Respond to client queries regarding taxes, bookkeeping & payroll.

Prepare client accounts for tax lodgements.

Act as a workflow manager for your clients ensuring everything is up to date.

Meetings with mgmt. team to update and optimise service for clients.

Analyse Xero accounts.

The ideal applicant has:

Minimum Cert IV in bookkeeping or degree qualified.

Minimum 4 years’ bookkeeping experience in public practice accounting.

Highly competent in Xero.

Proactive, positive, friendly & enjoy helping clients achieve great outcomes.

Good communication skills (Written & verbal).

Excellent attention to detail.

Knowledge of relevant ATO legislation.

Ability to use initiative, set priorities and meet deadlines.
