As a Client Liaison Officer, you'll play a key role in making our members' onboarding a seamless experience. Your expertise in customer service will be essential in ensuring a smooth and seamless application and sign on process. The Client Liaison Officer will also have an administrative bend for both our Melbourne and Gold Coast Sales Offices.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Kick-starting the Process: Accept call transfers from sales consultants to begin the online processing of sales documentation.
- Building Connections: Establish rapport with members, guiding them through the online documentation process.
- Financial Assistance: Assist members with completing their finance applications and conduct preliminary reviews.
- Efficient Processing: Process deposits in line with company procedures and complete the signing process at the point of sale whenever possible.
- Scheduling Success: Arrange follow-up appointments for any incomplete transactions, ensuring seamless continuation.
Your Skills and Experience Include:
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding phone manner and verbal/written communication skills.
- Professional Interaction: Proven ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial concepts and previous experience in a sales environment.
