Accountant

Central Advisory Group is a Sydney CBD-based CPA accounting firm that provides business service and tax consulting service to a range of clients, including some of the high net wealth individuals and family groups.

We are currently offering this fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic accountant to join our team. 

Your opportunities:

• Work closely with client managers and partners to get hands-on experience on complex tax structuring and planning
• Encouraged to liaise directly with clients to maximise your client exposure

Your responsibilities:

• Assist client managers and partners in managing a portfolio of clients on tax compliance and business advisory services
• Supervise and review work of junior team members
• Prepare tax returns and financial statements, BAS, IAS for clients
• Liaise with different parties including Clients, ATO, ASIC etc

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have the following key attributes and skills:

• Hold an Australian Accounting degree
• Have a high level of understanding in Australian taxation system and business structures
• 3+ years of experience in professional practice 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive attitude, self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Office is 1 minute walk from Wynyard station.
