Qualifications & experience
- Accounting Qualification Mandatory
- Qualified or Studying towards a CA, CPA or ACCA is an added advantage.
- Extensive Experience in SAP ERP
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- SAP CRM /Salesforce or any CRM tools not mandatory but an added advantage
Tasks & responsibilities
- Financial Accountant required for the full management and reporting of the balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow statement and other entity specific management reports using SAP ERP and Infor CPM.
- Knowledge of SAP is therefore a mandatory requirement.
- Using SAP, prepare monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts ensuring compliance of all documents 2.
- Maintain accounting controls in accordance with Australian and New Zealand statutory requirements, company policies and procedures
- Management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for the Australian and New Zealand Subsidiaries 4.
- Create and maintain SAP master data, including customer and vendor master data, and pricing
- Taxation (Australian and New Zealand) compliance including GST/BAS, FBT, Payroll tax filings and assisting with income tax return preparation
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly forecast and yearly business plans
- Daily bank statement journal management and bi-weekly Cashflow analysis
- Maintain Process Documentation (SOP's)for all Accounting and Reporting Processes
- Various ad-hoc reporting and other duties according to business needs
