Our client is a leading organisation in the manufacturing space. They have a finance team of 4, and are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the organisation and contribute to the long-standing and successful team.
Description
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Handling bank deposits/ payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Building and maintain strong relationship with customers
- Dealing with accounts queries
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
- Debt collection
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Month end reports
- Supporting the finance team as needed
- Comply with financial policies and procedures
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience of Accounts Receivable experience ideally using Excel and Pronto. Additionally, they will be immediately available to work. Most importantly, they will have a strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
